Cancellation Policy:
We value your time - and ours! To help us accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
A booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please note, this fee will be retained if less than 48 hours' notice is given.
Thank you for your understanding - this allows us to provide the best possible service to every client.
Allergy Alert Test:
At Ivy Hair Boutique, your safety and comfort are our top priority. For all chemical services - we require an allergy alert test to be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment.
This simple test helps to ensure that you do not react to the products we use, giving you peace of mind and a great result.
Please book your Allergy Alert Test in advance to avoid delays with your appointment. If you have any concerns or a history of sensitivities, our team is happy to discuss the best approach for your service.
